Who Killed The Legendary Axe-Slinger?
Here’s the most known answer how Jimi Hendrix died; The legend was laying on his back when he passed out, he vomited and choked with it all at the same time.
Hendrix died September 18, 1970, in London, England. He passed out and choked on his own vomit while sleeping after taking a combination of sleeping pills and red wine.
Well, that’s how we know it because that’s how they reported it.
But some speculations also tells that Jimi Hendrix took his own life without even realizing it (that he wanted to die and was depressed). Well, the legend was deeply a troubled person. Raised by a dysfunctional family, and for those people who really knew him or closed to him — they knew that up until to the point of his death the greatest ax-slinger of all time was deeply unhappy with his life. The man stumbled with his success and fame which he never took so well. He even got accused of a crime he didn’t commit; “Heroin Trafficking.” The man had all kinds of problems which were too much to handle.

Jimi Hendrix, of course, has taken more LSD than average users would take in their lives. If you don’t know how LSD works then we can put it this way: LSD IS SO INTENSE! Jimi also had drinking problems — he used to get drunk so excessively to escape his problems. I don’t know if this is a positive thing; he also managed to sleep with countless women.
Keep in mind: Hendrix wasn’t into hedonism, he wasn’t even trying; he was just deeply depressed.
So, speculations tell that; it’s impossible for a person to accidentally in taking 18 times the recommended dosage of sleeping pills; it’s SUICIDE! He simply died of an overdose, combined with alcohol, drugs, and the sleeping pills. That said, it is a suicide.
But here’s the most plausible theory:

What if he never really accidentally take 18 times the recommended dosage of sleeping pills; WHAT IF IT IS A FOUL PLAY?
Well, there’s a lot of “IFs” on this theory, but I did my research pretty well. Here’s what I’ve learned; September 18, 1970, the date Jimi died, at that time, Jimi Hendrix left a party in London, he was with a girl named Monika Dannemann at 3 a.m. and died before 4 a.m. The woman he was with claimed he had taken 9 of her sleeping pills, but that claim doesn’t seem to line up with the facts during that time. So, that kind of sound fishy, right?
Monika Dannemann later revealed that “Hendrix had taken nine of her prescribed Vesparax sleeping tablets, 18 times the recommended dosage.”
Another thing, while doing my research I came up with this name, James “Tappy” Wright where he wrote in his book called “Rock Roadie: Backstage and Confidential with Hendrix, Elvis, The Animals, Tina Turner, and an All-Star Cast” published in 2009, that Jimi’s manager, Mike Jeffery, admitted that he had something to do with Hendrix death; he had him killed because the legendary ax-slinger wanted to end his contract. Why kill him off just because he’s going to fire you? — Well, the manager was most likely got himself involve into trouble; the manager harassed Jimi because of the Mafia thing going on that time. This manager got Jimi Hendrix murdered because of his debts to the Mafia.

While all of these issues with Dannemann and Manager Mike Jeffery involved with Hendrix’s case were not proven — they are still extremely relatively plausible.
But let’s not finish these things up with concluding that he really was murdered, there may well be someone out there who knows the truth of what really happened to Jimi Hendrix during that night between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. on September 18, 1970. Though this case inquest was never re-opened, it is still open. There are no limitations in finding the truth about “The Jimi Hendrix Murder Case.”
