“Which Song Must Go” Series: Prog-Rock Edition

Choose Wisely

Prog-rock may be overly ambitious but it always leaves the listener wanting for more. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea but once you start appreciating the ingenuity behind the music, there’s no turning back. It’s the subgenre that’s always EXTRA – interesting lyrics and imagery, non-stop experimentation, outrageous album ideas and concepts.

From YES to King Crimson and of course, Pink Floyd – there’s a lot to choose from but then again, it all narrows down to personal preference. What works for us may not work for you and vice versa. So just for fun, we rounded up some of the greatest prog-rock tunes and we’ll leave it up to you to decide which one needs to go.
