Ozzy was expelled from Black Sabbath in 1979, so he continued his solo career in 1980, being a total success as a songwriter and singer of Heavy Metal and Hard Rock. Ozzy is known by names like “Prince of Darkness,” “Madman,” and “The Godfather of Metal.”
