Ghost Frontman Covers The Rolling Stones On Swedish TV

Ghost frontman Tobias Forge and The Hellacopters performed (Friday, January 22nd) on the Swedish national television SVT’s “På Spåret” program. Together they have performed a version of The Rolling Stones classic “Sympathy For The Devil”. You can see the interpretation in the video on these lines.

The Hellacopters is preparing their first album in more than 10 years, for which they have composed more than seven songs.

While Ghost is working on “several big things” for 2021. The band introduced Papa Emeritus IV, the character who will headline the band in its next recording phase.

The group’s last release was the “Seven Inches Of Satanic Panic”, which featured the tracks “Mary On A Cross” and “Kiss The Go-Goat”:

“Prequelle” was released on June 1, 2018. The successor to “Meliora” was recorded at Artery Studios in Stockholm. Production was handled by Tom Dalgety (Opeth, Royal Blood), while mixing was done at Westlake Studios in West Hollywood, California, by Andy Wallace (Nirvana, Slayer).

The band has also released the live album “Ceremony And Devotion.”
