The Best Way To Start The Year!

It has been a hell of a ride for the past few years for Greta Van Fleet, and the release of their debut album Anthem of the Peaceful Army was a successful one. For this year, they are going to make sure that they will keep rocking by planning to work on a new album.

“A lot more writing, getting some stuff recorded and start working on the next thing,” said the bassist.

Drummer Danny Wagner when was asked if 2019 would come with new music:

“Oh yeah, absolutely. I’ll quit if we don’t.”

Frontman Josh Kiszka jumped in,

“We’ll all quit; we’re parting ways if we don’t release new music.”

According to the band members, they already started writing their new material the day after finishing up with Anthem of the Peaceful Army and several tracks have been recorded.

Luckily before even announcing their upcoming new music, the recently released album is already given a chance to be celebrated. Greta Van Fleet were nominated for four Grammy Awards, including Best New Artist. They also managed to get nominated for Best Rock Performance (“Highway Tune”), Best Rock Song (“Black Smoke Rising”), and Best Rock Album (“From The Fires”). Grammy Awards Ceremony will be held in Los Angeles on February 10.

And there’s more, Greta Van Fleet will surely be getting busy this year of 2019! And will not definitely going to slow down. There would be a handful of shows coming our way and have already booked into July 2019.

The only thing that fans can do for now is to WAIT.
