If John Bonham were alive today, there’s no doubt in our minds that he would be pleased as punch to see how his family turned out!
The late Led Zeppelin drummer was a notorious family man, often preferring to be home with his wife Pat and children Jason and Zoë instead of on the road with his band. Today, his legacy lives on in the form of the grandchildren he never got to meet, including grandson Jager – who, by the way, is ruggedly handsome just like his famous granddad.
One of two children born to Jason Bonham and Jan Charteris, 22-year-old Jager is proof positive that looks definitely run in the family. An avid bodybuilder, his Instagram is full of photos of himself at the gym or competing in various fitness competitions around the world. When he’s not doing that, he’s a regular young 20-something that enjoys traveling, hanging out with friends, hitting up music festivals and playing music like his dad and grandad.
And yes, before you ask: he does play drums.
Good looks and drumming aren’t the only things he shares with his dad and granddad – Jager is also fiercely driven, no stranger to spending hours in the gym to stay fitness competition ready all year long.

In some photos, he looks so much like John that it’s scary. We found a side by side photo of John and Jager, and the resemblance between granddad and grandson is unbelievable!
