KISS “End of the Road Tour” is their farewell tour for all of their human fans around the globe. Next month, however, they are set to play for one of their fans of a different species — Great White Sharks – performing on a boat in the Indian Ocean off the southern coast of Australia.
KISS and their fans will be setting sail on a boat called “The Shark Warrior“ from Port Lincoln, Australia, on Nov. 18. The boat is a glass-bottom that allows its passengers to see the sharks below.
Matt Waller will be the host of the voyage, using music as the bait for the great white sharks, and will provide commentary for the passengers on what they are about to witness during their two-and-a-half-hour cruise.
You can watch a trailer about Waller’s work below:
Tickets will go on sale on Oct. 14 at 6 PM ET, inclusive of breakfast, lunch, snacks and nonalcoholic beverages.
All proceeds are going to be donated at the Australian Marine Conservation Society.
The organization is defined as “Australia’s only national charity dedicated solely to protecting our precious ocean wildlife – a community of ocean lovers across the nation working for healthy seas,” and has worked protecting “critical ocean ecosystems with marine reserves around the nation, including Ningaloo and the Great Barrier Reef.”
