Original members of Foreigner reunited for a performance alongside with the current members and performed “I Want To Know What Love Is,” a classic hit of the band included on the upcoming package “Double Vision: Then And Now.”
The performance was filmed for two nights at Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort, Mount Pleasant, MI in 2017. It features a gospel rendition of the band’s 1984 hit that brings Albert Strickland and Cho’Zen Choir to reunite together with the band onstage.
The “Double Vision: Then And Now” will be released on November 15 including multimedia set design with custom CGI animation, with fog, lasers, and elaborate FX setting the reunion into new levels.
“This was a show that I will always remember!” says Mick Jones. “Sharing the stage with the guys that shaped Foreigner in the beginning and the stellar musicians that carry the flag in the new millennium, was a truly emotional moment.”
Foreigner recently finished their 2019 tour and will be back on stage in January 2020 to conduct three orchestral shows with The Nashville Symphony.
