Lamb
—8 Lamb Shank Chops (or 8 Lamb Rib Chops, or 4 Lamb Shoulder Chops)
Lamb Marinade
—1 tablespoon minced fresh Garlic
—1 tablespoon chopped fresh Rosemary Leaves
—1 teaspoon dried Herbes de Provence (Basil, Thyme, Lavender, Fennel)
—1 teaspoon Salt
—1/2 teaspoon ground Black Pepper
—1/4 teaspoon Cayenne (red) Pepper
—1/2 cup fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
—1/4 cup Olive Oil
Salad
—4-6 heads of Endive
—1/2 cup Walnuts
—1 cup of crumbled Bleu Cheese

Michael Mcdonald’s Pasta With Ham and Parmesan Cheese
The Doobie Brothers were blessed with the talents of Michael McDonald. I wonder if they also knew then how gifted he is in the kitchen? He’s got five Grammy Awards under his belt and has released nine solo albums, after his work with Steely Dan and the Doobie Brothers. You know what else he should add to his repertoire? A Michelin Star for his dish:
McDonald told a friend on tour, “I was in Italy recently, and I absolutely fell in love with this pasta which is pretty simple, and just delicious. It is basically and ham and Parmesan cheese, and little else.”
Ingredients:
—1 1/2 cups cubed or shredded Ham (or Pancetta)
—2 cups grated Parmesan Cheese
—1/4 cup Sour Cream
—1 1/2 cups Peas (frozen or fresh)
—1/8 cup Olive Oil
—1/2 pound cooked Pasta

Eric Clapton’s Split Pea Soup
The master guitarist has perfected his musical craft. Yet, like a true artist, that urge to exercise his creative mind has lead him to explore new outlets. He can also cook and makes a mean pea soup! -½ cucumber
-1 medium onion
-1 small head lettuce
-Fresh mint
-Fresh parsley
-2 ounces butter
-2 ½ pints chicken or vegetable stock
-1 pound shelled (or frozen) peas
-1 teaspoon sugar
-Salt & pepper to taste
-2 teaspoons curry powder (optional)

As a vocalist for the legendary classic rock band, The Mamas and The Papas, Michelle Phillips had a successful career on stage.
