Willie Nelson is a celebrated musician who will be turning 90 years old in April. To celebrate his birthday, a concert is being held at the Hollywood Bowl featuring a variety of guests such as Kacey Musgraves, The Chicks, Neil Young, and Snoop Dogg. The concert will take place on April 29th and 30th.
Willie Nelson’s birthday bash concert promises performances from a wide range of artists, including Willie Nelson himself, Allison Russell, Beck, Billy Strings, Bobby Weir, Charley Crockett, Chris Stapleton, Edie Brickell, Leon Bridges, Lukas Nelson, Lyle Lovett, Margo Price, Miranda Lambert, Nathaniel Rateliff, Norah Jones, Orville Peck, Particle Kid, Rosanne Cash, Sheryl Crow, Sturgill Simpson, The Avett Brothers, The Lumineers, Tom Jones, Tyler Childers, Warren Haynes, and Ziggy Marley. Additional artists are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
Tickets for Willie Nelson’s 90th birthday party concert go on sale to the general public on Saturday, January 28th at 1:00 p.m. ET. Capital One Visa and Mastercard holders will have access to a pre-sale beginning Wednesday, January 25th at 1:00 p.m. ET. Willie Nelson continues to be active even as he nears his 90th birthday. He has been touring throughout 2022 and continues to produce the Farm Aid festival, which benefits family farms.
