The Guns N’ Roses guitarist has some of the most unusual social networks.

When you think of Instagram, selfies, photos of food, parties, of many people showing off… what today is qualified as “posturing” surely comes to mind. However, not all networks are the same, and those of Slash, guitarist of Guns N’ Roses, can give you more than one scare, but also enchant you. And it is that you only need to take a quick look at his profile to see that there are images of the most unusual and sordid.

Now, in a new interview with Iheart Radio (via Loudwire), the artist has explained that almost everything that appears on his social networks is published by him since he spends hours looking at images of this type.

“I do all my own Instagram stuff, except for, there’s certain things that have to do with, like, merchandise that’s for sale, and an office does that. But I do all the other stuff,” the guitar legend said. “And the majority of stuff that I find, if you notice, I just re-post other peoples’ shit. Because I don’t have time… you can spend countless hours going down the rabbit hole, finding images online in general.”

Not all, yes, are sordid drawings, because there are also personal photographs, such as the last congratulations from the ax to his partner, Meegan Hodges, for Valentine’s Day, and promotional material, such as a couple of promotional videos for ‘4’, his new album with Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators.

“It’s me, I physically do it. I couldn’t imagine anybody having to do that shit for me,” he concluded.

Under the Gibson Records and BMG label, ‘4’ is Slash’s fifth solo album, the fourth with his band that includes Myles Kennedy (vocals), Brent Fitz (drums), Todd Kerns (bass), and Frank Sidoris (guitar).

Guns N’ Roses will play in Seville, more specifically at the Benito Villamarín Stadium, on June 7, 2022.
