Take A Journey With The Peanuts Gang Singing “Green Grass & High Tides”

via Garren Lazar / Youtube

Ladies and gentlemen, enjoy this new Peanuts song parody. They perform “Green Grass & High Tides” by The Outlaws in this one. Again using Final Cut Pro (ONLY AVAILABLE ON MAC COMPUTERS), Garren Lazar created this video.

“Green Grass and High Tides” is the tenth and last song on the self-titled first album by the Southern rock band Outlaws. The song is among their most well-known and has had a lot of exposure on radio stations that specialize in albums, despite the fact that it was never made available as a single. The song is notable for its two extended guitar solos, which add over 10 minutes to the duration of the song.

The Outlaws’ standard show-closing song, “Green Grass and High Tides,” can be found on the concert CD Bring It Back Alive in its full 20-minute length (1978).

Garren consistently does excellent work for these videos. He recreated the Outlaws’ “Green Grass and High Tides,” and we hope you like it.
