Originally named Mike, he attended Maypole Primary and Wentworth Country Primary School, where he met his inseparable partner Keith Richards. He completed his secondary studies at the Dartford Grammar School and over time, his high grades got him a scholarship to enter the London School of Economics, to pursue a career. However, Mike changed his name to Mick’s, and together with Keith, they set about starting a rock band.
In 1962, they founded the group The Rolling Stones, along with Brian Jones, Ian Stewart, and Dick Taylor.

Among the awards he has received are two Grammy, as a soloist, and a Golden Globe. In 1989 he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and in 2004, in the Music Hall of Fame of the United Kingdom with the Rolling Stones. In short, at the end of 2003, he was invited to Buckingham Palace to be knighted of the British Empire, since then he has held the title of Sir Mick Jagger. He is a man very devoted to his children: Elizabeth Scarlett (1984), James Leroy Agustine (1985), and Georgia May (1992). Jagger had a relationship with fashion designer L’Wren Scott from 2001 to 2014, the year she decided to kill herself.
