If you just look at the lyrics as the narrator’s opinion and not Newman’s own viewpoint, you’ll know this is nothing but clean fun.

Listen to Morrissey sing about a crappy boss who’s a “flatulent pain in the arse” and let’s see if it won’t make you laugh.
