Foo Fighters shared a complete recording of their concert at Wembley Stadium, London, held in 2008 which featured the appearance of Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones from Led Zeppelin.

This is one of their most successful shows in the United Kingdom, as they performed no less than two nights in a row with ‘sold out’. It was the tour of ‘Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace’, the band’s 2007 album.

But, like most of the concerts that Foo Fighters are hanging on, this show has something very special about it. And it is neither more nor less than the collaboration of Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones, guitarist and bassist of the referential Led Zeppelin respectively, who take the stage to perform with the Americans their two classics “Rock And Roll” and “Ramble On “. It was the first time that Led Zeppelin or at least 2 of its members, Page and Jones, appeared on the scene, after the huge success of Led Zeppelin’s reunion concert at London’s O2.

The concert, which was part of the tour in support of their ‘Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace’, was really special due to the collaboration of Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones, guitar and bassist of Led Zeppelin respectively.

Both artists took the stage to perform with the group the two classics ‘Rock and Roll’ and ‘Ramble On’ that you can watch below:
