In a new Martin Miller youtube video, guitarist Lari Basilio performs with the group as they cover “Layla” by Derek and the Dominos.
Throughout the nine-minute Clapton tribute, the two Ibanez trademark performers exchanged licks and produced menacing dual-guitar riffs.
Martin Miller, a master of fusion music, consistently attracts top electric guitar players for his YouTube cover series. Along with performing Sunshine of Your Love by Cream and paying homage to Daft Punk with Kirk Fletcher, Miller has also enlisted Mark Lettieri to sing Purple Rain by Prince and Paul Gilbert to perform Superstition by Stevie Wonder.
Miller has teamed alongside fellow Ibanez guitarist Lari Basilio for a lengthy rendition of Derek and the Dominos’ 1970 smash song Layla as part of his stellar collaborative performance.
