Pink Floyd released a new video of a 1971 French television performance of their 1968 masterpiece, “Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun.”

First recorded during Pink Floyd’s shift from the Syd Barrett-era to the David Gilmour lineup, the track was from the group’s second album, “A Saucerful Of Secrets”, has the characteristic of being the only tune in the group’s catalog to highlight all five band members.

The band will screen “Delicate Sound Of Thunder” in theaters worldwide on October 15; the project showcases the band during a 5-night series at the Nassau Coliseum in Long Island, NY in August of 1988, performing a setlist that supported the then-new material alongside classic hits.

Pink Floyd will issue a set of expanded reissues of the 1988 live box set on November 20.
