The Cadillac Three performed a sold-out gig in Nashville on Sept. 19, 2015 and rockstar Steven Tyler joined them for the finale, much to the pleasure of the audience.
Jaren Johnston, Neil Mason, and Kelby Ray performed at Music City’s Cannery Ballroom, and towards the closing of their set, Tyler ended up joining the trio for a version of Aerosmith’s “Sweet Emotion,” which Johnston introduced as “the reason we are in a band and the reason we started playing music.”
At the words, “I want to introduce you to my friend, Mr. Steven Tyler,” the audiences went crazy.
“Having our fans and the place we grew up party, dance and get loud, man, was everything to us,” Johnston recalls. “And, seriously, to have one of our biggest idols, and now friend, sing with us, we definitely couldn’t dreamed this up when we started this crazy journey.”
