The Man Who Changed The Pickup, Bridge, And Pick Guard On His Gretsch!

Eddie Cochran was a badass because he was a pioneer of rock n’ roll. He was that guy from the 21st-century rockabilly followers worship like he was a God. He got inducted into the Rock’n’Roll Hall of Fame right away – just two years after they started inducting people.

He was a genius guitarist, and we can even say that he’s closer to Jimi Hendrix. Eddie Cochran single-handedly shifts the direction of guitar playing, because he was a gearhead in many ways.

Sadly, he was overshadowed by several guitarists such as Charlie Christian, Django Reinhardt, Les Paul, B.B. King, Pete Townshend, Jimi Hendrix, and Eddie Van Halen when it comes to axe-slinging. But the man behind the “Summertime Blues,” surely influenced these dudes mentioned.

Rock N’ Roll lost him at a very young age – he was one of the first great stars of rock & roll stars – his life was cut short when he died in an auto accident in 1960.
